Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include your printed return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
